I am an Associate Solicitor and Court of Protection appointed Professional Deputy working in the highly respected Medical Negligence department at Tees Law. I deal with a wide variety of Medical Negligence cases including misdiagnosis, surgical error, fatal accidents and sub-standard nursing care, as well as acting on behalf of P as Professional Deputy for Property and Finances.I also act for families in inquest proceedings, with a particular interest in those involving vulnerable clients, particularly those with mental health issues and learning disabilities.
