MOTOR INSURANCE
Our team will provide a full assessment of the client’s needs. We offer access to a unique and flexible, comprehensive range of motor and transport-related mobility insurance solutions.
FEATURES INCLUDE:
- No ‘Insurable Interest’ issues – policies can be issued in the name of a child, carer, or trustee/deputy
- Policy automatically covers vehicle adaptations on a ‘new for old' basis

- Cover available for: Any driver aged 17 or over, any driver over 21 years of age, any driver over 25 years of age, named drivers & one new driver Cover for alternative transport after an accident – £75 per day, up to 15 days

- Additional cover available for Uninsured Loss Recovery
HOME INSURANCE BUILDINGS & CONTENTS
Policies can be issued in the name of a child, deputyship or trust Worldwide ‘All-Risk’ cover available for all contents & personal possessions (incl. specialist medical equipment & wheelchairs) Unoccupied cover for up to 60 days available (in some cases this can be extended to 90 days)
Warranty free policies can be arranged for many postcode areas
UNOCCUPIED PROPERTIES Cover for unoccupied properties undergoing major refurbishment or alteration (restricted cover applies). 3 months cover for unoccupied properties (with an option to extend to 6 or 12 months) Policy can be issued in joint names with the trustee/deputy.
PROPERTIES UNDERGOING ADAPTATION/ALTERATION Once works have commenced cover is available on an ‘All-Risks’ basis.
Some insurers may not provide cover for the ‘existing structure’ where the property is to undergo major refurbishment or adaptation – our policy provides full cover for the existing property and we are also able to provide cover for the ‘works’
INVESTMENT PROPERTIES. Specialist cover for investment properties
CONTRACT WORKS. Cover for property undergoing alteration or refurbishment. We are able to provide specialist cover to protect the Contract Works, in conjunction with providing cover for the existing property under the Home Insurance cover: Full ‘All-Risks’ cover for the Contract Works and existing property Cover can be issued in joint names of proposer and/or deputy/trustee and/or contractor
COVER IS SUBJECT TO: Appointed contractor(s) to have minimum insurance requirements – £10,000,000 Employers Liability & £5,000,000 Public Liability Condition. That all structural steelwork undertaken must be designed by a qualified structural engineer and under the supervision of building control authorities. Cover excludes any damage to Contract Works where work is carried out at a depth of over 5 metres without prior approval of underwriters. Heat Condition – contractors must comply with their own insurer’s heat warranty.
TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY FEATURES:
Insurance can be arranged to cover some pre-existing medical conditions. Single trip or annual multi-trip policies available. Medical screening arranged in-house.
