Chloe is an experienced Associate Solicitor in the Community Care and Court of Protection teams at Boyes Turner LLP. Chloe specialises in health and social care funding issues, Mental Capacity and Best Interests, and contentious and non-contentious Court of Protection matters. She acts for Professional Deputies and Trustees, Private Client lawyers, individuals, family members, lay Attorneys and lay Deputies.Chloe is skilled at building good working relationships with clients. She can explain complex legal issues in straightforward language, ensuring that her advice is comprehensive and clear. She is passionate about providing a high-quality service and achieving positive outcomes for clients. Chloe has run lectures and training courses across England for other legal professionals, charities and financial advisers on social care funding, healthcare funding, safeguarding vulnerable adults and Court of Protection health and welfare applications.  Chloe is a fully Accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and the STEP Mental Capacity Special Interest Group. She has also acted as a carer and as an Attorney (both types) for a family member with Alzheimer’s disease so has a deeper level of understanding when speaking with clients in a similar position.
