Oliver Banks – Vincents Solicitors
Oliver has worked in Court of Protection for over 10 years, and now heads up a growing department at Vincents Solicitors.
Specialising in property and affairs as either a named deputy or professional Attorney, Oliver enjoys being hands on with his files and particularly enjoys more challenging clients and family dynamics.
When not at work Oliver can usually be found watching football somewhere.
Danielle Carter – Jackson Lees
Danielle Carter is the Deputy Head of the Court of Protection Team at Jackson Lees Solicitors. Danielle is a director of the Jackson Lees Trust Corporation who act as property and financial affairs deputy for over 137 client and a number of PI trusts.
Her department acts for a range of clients of differing ages, needs and financial position but Danielle largely specialises in young adults who have suffered traumatic brain injuries with challenging behaviours.
Danielle also volunteers at her local Headway Branch (Sefton) to support brain injured victims (and their families) in her local community.
In her spare time, she is learning to play golf and adding to her growing whisky collection.
Charlotte Fletcher – Hugh James
Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Court of Protection department at Hugh James. Having been based in the firm’s Cardiff office for over 10 years, she has recently relocated and now heads up the Court of Protection team in the London office.
Charlotte specialises in the management of property and financial affairs for individuals who have received significant damages awards as well as specialist applications to the Court of Protection for lay clients.
Outside of work Charlotte enjoys spending time with her two young children, as well as taking part in running and triathlon events.
James Pantling-Skeet – Boyes Turner
James is an experienced Senior Associate in Boyes Turner’s highly regarded Community Care, Court of Protection and Special Educational Needs teams. He provides a holistic, empathetic yet focused service to parents, young people, families, Attorneys, Deputies, Case Managers and Charities. His combined Community Care and Special Educational Needs expertise means he is well-placed to provide comprehensive legal advice relating to rights of children and adults living with a disability, injury, or illness.
James is a member of the Court of Protection Practitioners Association (COPPA) South Central Committee and is also an Ambassador for the Dorset Children’s Foundation.
James regularly provides pro bono seminars and webinars to professionals supporting vulnerable children, young people and individuals, and to parents of children and young persons with disabilities.
